Once you have booked in with me via phone, email or text, I will send you the relevant form and information you may need and nearer the time a text reminder of the appointment.
On the day I will greet you at the door, welcome you in and we will sit and chat through your form, your health issues and I thoroughly explain the process to you and show you my equipment, if that is something that helps, as often new comers to the treatment can be apprehensive on the first meeting so I will do all I can to ease any worries.
The treatment will last between 30-40 minutes (different for everyone) as there are variable factors regarding water intake and release. Always explained to you during the treatment.
I remain with you throughout the treatment and can answer any questions or concerns you have with ease as my 11 years experience means I've seen or heard it all before.
A toilet break to complete the treatment and then a small briefing if I have any ongoing advice for you or treatment plan to discuss.
Most see the colonic as an integral part of their on going health journey and I look forward to meeting you should you decide to book in.

I researched places I could have my first Colon Hydrotherapy and contacted Natalie after reading great reviews, and Im so happy I did! Had my first session this morning, she was so friendly and informative, we had a chat first, then she guided me through everything step by step before and during the treatment. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable in what could feel like a vulnerable situation 😆 I learnt lots of new information and felt so positive when I left. I will definately book again ♥️

I have just had my first ever Colon hydrotherapy treatment with Natalie and very happy I finally done it.
I was quite anxious about my appointment but Natalie explained the process step by step and made me feel very comfortable. After the treatment I was given an after care leaflet which was very helpful and put my mind at ease.
I felt so much better after my treatment as I suffer with very bad bloating and felt like a new me again.
I would definitely recommend Natalie as she is amazing.
I will definitely be returning again in the future.

The lovely Natalie greeted me with a smile, she explained everything that was going to happen. She made me feel at ease. As the treatment progressed she explained everything she could see & how I might feel after. Gone is the bloating, I can recommend this treatment, I feel great.
