We are a family-run business offering holistic services in Colchester. We are proud to be one of the few clinics in Essex to offer Colon hydrotherapy.

Our passion for alternative therapies began 20 years ago when we had our first child. Like many, we became parents and started to re-evaluate our everyday choices and look further into keeping ourselves and our family healthy.

Our family has since grown to four children and we continue to be as dedicated as ever to alternative, natural, safe and effective methods of enhancing well being and aid the body's own healing mechanisms.
