Nutritional Therapy

We often take our health for granted. We live fast-paced lives with little time to eat and drink well, get restful sleep, exercise, relax and really listen to what our body is trying to tell us.

The clues are usually there, the key is to understand what they are telling us...

A Nutritional Therapist is trained to look at the person as a whole. This means looking at food choices as well as lifestyle choices. We will then adopt an all-round approach when giving the advice that suits you and your body's needs.

Once you have contacted us for an appointment we will send out a food diary for you to fill out over a three day period, which you would bring with you for us to look over and discuss with you.

The initial consultation will be the longest, as this is where we will gain as much information as possible, both past and present. The more information, the better as this will help when writing up your personal nutrition plan. After this a follow-up appointment is recommended in order to discuss any progress and changes. Then a long-term plan will be discussed.

The hope is that you leave the consultation feeling positive, inspired and motivated to take the right steps towards renewed health.

We will send you a full written report to keep, giving you all the recommendations and any helpful suggestions you may need to fulfill those.
